The Netherlands: 1 - 3 working days

Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom: 2-7 working days

The rest of Europe: 3 - 7 work days

The rest of the world: 3 - 14 work days

You can return your online purchased items within 14 work days:

Wrapping

Please put the reason of return on the packing slip. Wrap the items carefully and place them in the original box and add the packing slip.

Send your returns within 14 days back. The retruns costs are for your own risk and account.

After receiving your returns the amount will be calculated.

It is not possible to collect your online order in the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen store. But you can also purchase all items from the online webshop at the Depot.

Online purchases can only be returned via the online shop with the corresponding return form. Items purchased online cannot be refunded or returned in the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen store.

The majority of the articles in the online webshop are also available in the Depot. However, in the Depot, we have an even larger assortment of articles and merchandise that complement our exhibitions and seasons.

You do not need to purchase an admission ticket for a visit to the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen shop alone. If you want to be sure whether an item is in stock, you can contact us via shop@boijmans.nl

The Depot Shop is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00
