General Terms and Conditions Webshop Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen
These General Terms and Conditions of the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen Webshop contain important information for you as a Consumer. We therefore recommend that you read the General Terms and Conditions carefully and save them so that you can read them again at a later time.
1. Definitions
1.1. General Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions of the Webshop of Museum Boijmans van Beuningen.

3. Applicability General Terms and Conditions
3.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen by Consumers to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions.
3.2. These General Terms and Conditions can only be deviated from in writing with the consent of both parties. In that case, all other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions remain in force.
3.3. These General Terms and Conditions do not apply to third-party products that are shown in the Webshop and where the Consumer is redirected to the webshop of that third party when clicking on that product.
4. Offers and conclusion of agreements
4.1. All offers from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen are without obligation.
4.2. An Agreement is only concluded once Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has accepted your order in the Webshop. 4.3. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has the right to refuse orders with reasons or to attach special conditions to the delivery. If your order is not accepted, you will be notified within ten (10) working days.
If your order is accepted, you will receive confirmation by email.
5. Prices
5.1. The prices stated for the items and services offered are in euros, including VAT and other possible government levies and excluding handling and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.
5.2. The amount of the shipping costs to be paid is displayed on the “shopping cart” screen during the ordering process.
5.3. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen cannot, despite its efforts, guarantee that all information in the Webshop is complete and correct at all times. All information shown in the Webshop is therefore subject to obvious programming and typing errors.
5.4. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has the right to change prices shown in the Webshop at any time.
6. Payments
6.1. You can pay by using one of the payment methods offered during the ordering process. Additional (payment/order) conditions may be imposed on your order.
6.2. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is free to choose whether to offer different payment methods. The possible payment methods may therefore change from time to time.
7. Delivery
7.1. The delivery times stated on the website are indicative. Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, unless Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen indicates otherwise in the Webshop.
7.2. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen strives to ship the products you order within fourteen (14) days. If this is not possible for whatever reason, you will receive a message from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen. You can then agree to a new delivery date or choose to terminate the Agreement free of charge. Exceeding the delivery period does not entitle you to compensation under any circumstances.
7.3. After the dissolution as referred to in Article 7.2. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen will refund the purchase price already paid to the Consumer as soon as possible.
7.4. Delivery takes place when the items are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Consumer when placing the order.
7.5. The risk of damage and/or loss of the products ordered in the Webshop rests with Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen until the moment of delivery to the Consumer or a representative designated in advance and made known to Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Right of withdrawal/return option Consumer
8.1. For most purchases in the Webshop, the consumer has the right to terminate the Agreement with the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving reasons. The period starts on the day after the Consumer has received the product at the delivery address indicated in the ordering procedure. If the Consumer has ordered multiple products in one order, the period starts on the day on which he/she receives the last product.
8.2. The Consumer can within the period specified in Article 8.1. term to terminate the Agreement:
- by sending an email to support@hexspoor.nl either
- by completing the return form as found in Appendix 1 to these General Terms and Conditions
- by returning the product to the e-fulfillment partner of Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, as stated on the package.
8.3. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen confirms in the cases referred to in Article 8.2 under a. and under b. the receipt of that notification. After cancellation, the Consumer then has fourteen (14) days to return the product.
8.4. The Products must be used in the cases referred to in Article 8.2 under a. and under b. be returned to the address: Van Salmstraat 54, 5281 RNBoxtel
8.5. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen will refund the purchase costs, including standard delivery costs, to the Consumer as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned products. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen uses the same payment method that the Consumer used when ordering. The costs of the return shipment are for the Consumer.
8.6. This article 8 does not apply to the purchase of services from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen via the Webshop.
9. Warranty and complaints
9.1. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen guarantees that all products offered in the Webshop meet the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and usability, and the legal provisions existing on the date of the conclusion of the Agreement. government regulations.

10. Personal data

11. Orders/communication
11.1. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is not liable for misunderstandings, damage, delays or improper transmission of orders and communications as a result of the use of the internet or other means of communication between you and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, or between Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen and third parties, unless there is there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. 13.2. All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
